Why Try  San Francisco Bike Rentals?

Easy-to-use e-bike rentals for your San Francisco city adventure! Whether you want to extend your experience with Dylan’s Famous Tour or use bikes as your primary transportation while visiting San Francisco, our e-bike rentals can be the key to truly exploring the city.

San Francisco is a Bike-Friendly City

Renting an e-bike is an easy, comfortable way to navigate San Francisco and immerse yourself in all the city has to offer. There’s a reason you can find over 20,000 people biking through San Francisco every day—it’s one of the most bikeable cities in the United States. With clearly marked bike lanes and strong bike culture, you’ll feel safe and confident cycling on even the busiest of city streets.

Cycle with Ease on a Quality E-Bike

San Francisco isn’t a flat city, so using a standard, muscle-powered bike can get tiring fast. We use e-bikes with a motor assist, so you can easily climb hills and cycle long distances.

Explore Where Cars & Buses Can’t

Seeing the city by bus or car is fun, but certain areas just can’t be reached. But when you navigate the city by electric bicycle, hardly anything is off limits! Explore the pathways of famous parks, take the side streets, and discover the hidden gems not accessible in larger vehicles.

Choose a Convenient San Francisco Adventure

Once you have your e-bike, there are tons of fantastic bike routes at your fingertips. Your pickup location is conveniently located in North Beach, a short ride from the bike path to the Golden Gate Bridge. We are also just a few minutes from Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, and Union Square.

The Perfect Add-On to a San Francisco Bus Tour

If you’ve already booked a city minibus tour with Dylan’s, adding an e-bike rental is an easy choice. Once you’ve received an overview of the city on our guided tour, an e-bike ride through the city is a perfect way to double back on the neighborhoods that interested you the most.

Our Favorite Bike Rides in San Francisco

Bike the Bridge

Intermediate
2–4 hours

We will always recommend this San Francisco bike route to locals and visitors alike—everyone should experience biking across the Golden Gate Bridge at least once! Whether you catch the bridge on a clear day for bay views or cycle through the famous San Francisco fog, it will be a one-of-a-kind experience. Once you make it across the bridge, it’s just a few more minutes to the charming waterfront town of Sausalito. With beautiful views and great food options, it’s a perfect spot to take a lunch break to soak up some rays and stretch your legs before heading back into the city!

Golden Gate Park

Intermediate
2–4 hours

You can spend hours uncovering all of the scenery in Golden Gate Park. Take your e-bike down the waterfront bike path to the entrance to enjoy some ocean views, and then explore the inside of San Francisco’s largest park. We recommend taking a break to walk through the oldest glass and wood Victorian greenhouse in the western hemisphere. It houses over 10,000 plants for you to enjoy while more than 800 live butterflies flutter around!
