WHERE DO I PICK UP MY BIKE?
All rentals begin at Dylan’s Tours Shop, located at 782 Columbus Avenue in North Beach (Little Italy). Pick up anytime after 9:00 AM, and we’ll get you fitted and ready to go.
WHAT KIND OF BIKES DO YOU HAVE?
We use Rad Power E-Bikes, the most comfortable and reliable e-bikes for San Francisco’s hills. Each bike features multiple assist levels, upright seating, and long-lasting battery life. We also offer standard bikes and limited kids’ options.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
Yes, especially if you plan to add Alcatraz or the Muir Woods Shuttle. Alcatraz regularly sells out weeks in advance, and Muir Woods has limited capacity each day.
CAN KIDS OR FAMILIES RIDE?
Riders must be 13 years or older and at least 5 feet tall. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For families with younger children, contact us for non-motorized bike options or private setups.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Dress in layers! San Francisco’s weather can shift quickly. Closed-toe shoes are required, and we recommend sunglasses, sunscreen, and a light jacket especially for rides across the Golden Gate Bridge.
HOW FAR CAN I RIDE?
You can explore anywhere in the city and nearby areas like Golden Gate Park, Sausalito, and the Presidio. The battery lasts up to 35 miles depending on assist level and terrain.
WHAT IF I’M NEW TO E-BIKES?
No problem! Our staff gives every rider a hands-on orientation and test ride before departure. You’ll feel confident and ready to go within minutes.
CAN I KEEP THE BIKE OVERNIGHT?
Yes! Multi-day rentals are available. Bikes must be stored indoors overnight for safety.
WHAT’S THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your rental or add-on experience.
