How to Get Here
From Union Square
- Take a taxi or rideshare (10–15 minutes approx $15).
- You can also take the Powell-Hyde cable car and get off at the end of line — we’re three blocks away.
From Cruise Ship Terminals (Pier 27 or Pier 35)
- We offer free pick-up for cruise ship guests who book directly with us!
- Otherwise, it’s a short 5-minute taxi or rideshare.
- Walking? It’s about 15 minutes — mostly flat, with great views along the Embarcadero.

When You Arrive
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
- You won’t need to print anything out, all you have to do is show up.
Restroom Access
There’s a public restroom at PIER 45, the entrance is to the left of Musee Mechanique.
Pre-Tour Coffee & Snacks
We highly recommend stopping by Boudin Bakery (right next door to the Fisherman’s Wharf sign). Famous for its sourdough bread! They have a coffee shop, pastries, and quick bites to eat.
