We are so glad we chose Dylan’s Tours to show us around San Francisco. Our guide Rolando was fantastic, friendly, informative, flexible, fun!!! We chose to do a private tour with our group of 18 people ages 6-69. The 25 passenger bus was perfect space for us. We loved not having to drive and park ourselves all over the city and we loved how much we got to see. Rolando was also super flexible when we told him we just had to put our feet in the ocean. Everyone of us had a great time and enjoyed this tour immensely.

What is included in a custom private tour?
Each custom tour includes a professional guide, private transportation, and a personalized itinerary based on your preferences. Entry fees, wine tastings, or meals can be included depending on your package.
Can we bring food and drinks on the tour?
Yes, you can bring snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages. We recommend cans for easy cleanup and ask you to drink responsibly.
Will there be bathroom or snack breaks?
Yes, we’ll plan your itinerary with ample time for bathroom and snack breaks to ensure everyone is comfortable.
Can the tour start or end at a specific location?
Yes, we offer flexible pick-up and drop-off locations within the San Francisco Bay Area. Let us know your preferences when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and customize your itinerary.
What should I bring?
Before embarking on your wine adventure, ensure you have your valid ID, as the legal drinking age in the United States is 21 years.

California’s weather can be quite varied, so we recommend dressing in layers for comfort throughout the day. Consider bringing a hat, and sunglasses to shield yourself from the sun.

While our tour offers a rich array of experiences, please have some money with you for purchasing food and wine during the tour.

We have a cooler that you can fill with beverages to enjoy during the drive. Or, bring your own cooler!

Are vegetarian and/or gluten-free selections available?
Yes, many of the restaurants offer vegetarian and/or gluten-free selections, so you should be able to find options that meet your dietary needs easily.
Can we eat and drink on the bus?
Yes, you may eat and drink on the bus. All we ask is that you drink responsibly and please avoid red wine.
What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a 100% refund with at least 24 hours notice prior to departure time. If providing less than 24 hours notice before departure, we offer a 50% refund.

a. Refund Policy: This is for parties smaller than 15 people.
i. Our cancellation policy is such that if you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so up to 7 days prior to the start of your event. You will be refunded 100% of your total cost.
ii. If you cancel within 7-3 days prior to the date of your tour, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost or the card on file will be charged 50% of the total cost.
iii. If you cancel within 2 days of your tour, you will receive no refund or we will charge the card on file 100% of the total cost.

b. Refund Policy: This is for parties more than 15-25 people.
i. Our cancellation policy is such that if you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so up to 14 days prior to the start of your event. You will be refunded 100% of your total deposit.
ii. If you cancel or reschedule within 14-5 days prior to the date of your tour, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost or the card on file will be charged 50% of the total cost.
iii. If you cancel within 5 days of your tour, you will receive no refund and we will charge the card on file the full amount.

c. Refund Policy: This is for Corporate or Large Parties of 25 or more with and without a contract:
i. Our cancellation policy is such that if you need to cancel for any reason, you can do so up to 60 days prior to the start of your event. You will be refunded 100% of your total deposit.
ii. If you cancel within 30 days prior to the date of your tour, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost or the card on file will be charged 50% of the total cost.
iii. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your tour, you will receive no refund and we will charge the card on file the full amount.
