There are a few main ways to get to Muir Woods, depending on your starting point and how much you want to drive or plan:

By Public Shuttle (Seasonal): From mid-spring through early fall, you can take the Marin Transit Muir Woods Shuttle from Sausalito, Marin City, or the Larkspur Ferry terminal. You’ll still need to reserve your shuttle and park entry in advance at gomuirwoods.com.
