Spring in San Francisco brings a number of festivals and cultural celebrations that locals and visitors love. One of the biggest events is the Northern California Cherry Blossom Festival in Japantown, usually held in April. Another well known event is the Bay to Breakers race in May, one of the most famous and fun running events in the United States.
