Which minibus tour should I take?
Dylan’s Famous Tour (3 hours) – This city tour covers all of our favorite highlights of San Francisco. From the Painted Ladies to Haight-Ashbury, you will see all of the iconic sights in just 3 hours. The tour finishes across the Golden Gate Bridge in the beautiful town of Sausalito, where guests are encouraged to spend the afternoon and take the scenic ferry back to San Francisco.
Dylan’s Famous Tour + Muir Woods (7 hours) – Our most popular tour + a lunch stop in Sausalito and over an hour spent in the beautiful Muir Woods National Monument. If you have more than just a few hours to spare, and don’t plan on visiting Alcatraz, we highly recommend doing this tour on your first day in the city for a good overview of the city + Muir Woods. (If you do want to see Alcatraz, as well as the city’s best spots and Muir Woods, hop on our A Day in the Bay Tour or two-day Famous Tour + Alcatraz + Muir Woods Tour below)
City Highlight Tour + Muir Woods + Alcatraz (10 hours) – We suggest this tour to those who only have one full day in the city; Our official Alcatraz Tour! In the morning, head up to Muir Woods to get your day started off with the beautiful redwoods. After coming back across the Golden Gate Bridge you will explore some of our favorite neighborhoods in San Francisco. You will then be dropped off near Pier 33 in the afternoon for the Alcatraz ferry and audio tour.

Do we provide car seats?
We do not offer car seats, so you will need to bring your own. Again, out of courtesy of other guests that will be along with you on the tour, please consider if your child will be able to be peaceful for the full six hours.
Do I need to purchase a seat for my baby even if the baby is on my lap?
Yes, everyone requires a seat on our bus by California state law.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled tour**. All tours cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We also offer rescheduling options for a future tour date without penalty.

San Francisco’s dress code usually warrants at most a sweatshirt or a light coat. Drinks and snacks are welcome on the bus. Food and beverages can be purchased along the tour as well. A camera is also highly recommended.
Can I bring my luggage?
Since we use small buses to keep the tours intimate, we cannot accommodate luggage. However, anything that you’re comfortable having on your lap or under your legs is fine with us.
